Only a week since its debut at the American Race Cars $25,000 Shootouts, the new BRODIX SR20 combination made a 4.43-second pass in the 1/8th mile. Belle Rose saw eight wins from Jiffy-tite Motorsports’ contingency racers, including Anthony Bertozzi in Super Stock, Bill Skillman, Larry Cummings, David Rampy, and Bob Dennis in S/S, and Todd Paterson and Charley Downing both taking home wins in Stock Class.
Michael Brand II took home the win in Stock class at Firebird International Raceway, as Anthony Bertozzi and Charley Downing dominated at the Amalie Oil NHRA Gatorsnationals taking the win in Super Stock and Runner-Up in Stock class respectively. Greg Kamplain came home the winner in Super Comp at Florida’s Gatorsnationals as well.
The South Georgia Motor Sports Park Division 2 points race welcomed several wins, including Peter Biondo in Super Stock and Robbie Shaw in Stock, as well as two Runner-Up spots for David Rampy in Super Stock and Steve Cohen in T/D.
Jiffy-tite Motorsports’ own Duane LaFleur and the Jiffy-tite ’68 Camaro will be in Indy this weekend for the NHRA Lucas Oil Series event (4/26-4/28).
