Morristown, NC – MAHLE Motorsports’ Kaase P-38 PowerPak piston assembly was designed specifically for the unique 8 x 4.5 exhaust and 10 x 4 intake valve angles and combustion chamber. They are available for all of the popular small block Ford stroke and rod configurations in both 4.000″+ and 4.125″+ bore sizes. As with all MAHLE PowerPaks assemblies, the pistons are machined on MAHLE’s lightweight ultra strong slipper skirt forgings to exacting tolerances. They are then dual coated with MAHLE’s proprietary Grafal anti-friction skirt coating and a phosphate dry film lubricant, protecting the pin bores from galling and the ring grooves from micro-welding. Pins, clips and a performance ring set are also included to complete the assemblies.
