Oskaloosa, IA (For Immediate Release) Sometimes bigger is better! Kelderman is known for solving the most intricate engineering suspension problems for new generation pickups. The goal is to only introduce air ride kits that are easy to bolt-on with minimal cutting and drilling, solid reliable engineering, quality materials, and easy electronic control. Now Kelderman Air Suspension Systems has cracked the code to offer new lift kits for both the ¾ ton 2500 and the 1 ton 3500 Generation 4 Ram pickup. Both can be modified with a Kelderman air suspension 5-6” or 8-10” lift kit.
Kelderman’s solution for this new platform HD 2500 and 3500 was to replace the factory leaf springs coils and sway bars, with a durable 4-link system and a long travel high capacity air bags. Kelderman’s proven 4-link system eliminates wheel hop created by factory leaf springs. Both kits replace the factory trailing arms with longer custom engineered trailing arms to keep the axle in the correct location.
The 5-6” lift kit provides three levels of lift from 3″ (no air in the bags) to almost 10″ (air maxed out and shocks topped out for show. The 8-10” provides 5” to almost 13” of added lift – ideally suited for improved comfort for over the road travel, towing, or show appeal.
All kits come standard with transmission cross-member, steering box stabilizer kit, indexing ring & rear sway bar kit and can accommodate 33” to 40” tires. Components are sold in either black or red powder coat. Custom powder coat colors are available.
