Whites Creek, TN (September 28, 2012) The Madison-Rivergate Area Chamber of Commerce held their 17th Annual “A Taste of Madison and Business Fair” on September 25th at Goodpasture Christian School, and attendance was better than ever. The event is one of the Chambers premiere activities and is a testament to their mission to enhance the economic and civic interests of the Madison area through the promotion of business and community.
Cafe Fontanella, during its first year of participation was pleased to not only win Best Entree, with its Tortellini a la Vodka submission, but the Coveted People’s Choice Award as well. Kristian Morgan, Certified Executive Chef (CEC) of Cafe Fontanella said, “It was a tremendous honor for us to be the recipient of this prestigious award. With so many truly amazing dishes to choose from, we were both humbled and honored to walk away with the highest honor of the night.” Antonio DiFatta, Director of Food & Beverage for the Fontanel property went on to say, “It was a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase some of our catering specialties and really get involved with the community. We appreciate the acknowledgement and believe the honor is a testament to the whole Fontanel & Cafe Fontanella team.”
