The LS high-mount serpentine kit comes with a spring-loaded tensioner equipped with a polished cover.
Designed to ensure proper tension during hard acceleration and deceleration, the kit mounts to the GM Type II power steering pump low on the driver’s side and puts a Sanden AC Compressor on the passenger side. It places the alternator on the driver’s side above the power steering pump. When using a power steering pump with a reservoir, it is recommended to use a 6.75-inch balancer to avoid interference with the power steering box.
The kit includes a water pump, alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressors, and harmonic balancer and is available at a competitively priced MSRP of $1,990.
